Something New from Melangerie

Elana at Melangerie sent me some pics of their latest offerings!  You may remember Melangerie from their awesome wedding geneology charts and their lovely design for our Fantasy Shower at the Morgan’s.  Well, this is a fanciful invitation suite that the couple designed for Patricia Karam & Frederick McCarthy, who were married earlier this summer at the chic Gramercy Park Hotel here in New York.  Melangerie drew inspiration from the location as well as the couple and the introduction of the Cherub motif was a lovely nod to the couple’s first date when they found themselves sitting under a cherub!  The invite was created by foil press and bound together with a gorgeous velvet ribbon. I love the jewel tones and the adorable map!  Great for a walkable wedding like theirs!  Just lovely!!!
