Kate Spade for Paperless Post COULD change your wedding life

Wow, what a clever blog title, right?  Please pardon me as I am recovering from a birthday Extravaganza weekend and I don’t know that my “witty and clever” switch has been fully turned on.  But, I am awake and alert enough to know something awesome when I see it, and what is awesome (and potentially budget AND life changing) is the new line of Kate Spade cards and invitations for Paperless Post.

As regular readers of this blog know, in some ways I’m a traditionalist, and I am an advocate for traditional invitations I want to say that I LOVE paper. I really, and truly do.  Secondly, as regular readers of this blog know, I’m certainly not the person to consult on ways to SAVE money.  Indeed, some might say I practically invent ways to spend it. BUT, I’m also not a dummy and I recognize something of value when I see it.

Here’s the thing: everyone wants stunning wedding invitations.  Of course you do.  It is the paper harbinger of a fabulous event.  But, if you are spreading your financial resources out, you may not want to be as spendy on things like the “Post-Brunch Invite” or a “Welcome Cocktail” for out of town guests.

Then, there is the on going dilemma of the Thank You card.  On the one hand, some people love to take their wedding time as an opportunity to order personal stationery for thank yous, and future correspondence. But, if you are like a lot of people, those note cards often just sit there in this day of digital correspondence.  Gifts come in a steady stream, and longer grows the list of thank you notes waiting to be written and dropped in the ever-elusive mail box.   Obviously, an email seems to mundane a way to say thank you for an engagement or wedding present, BUT, it has the immediacy of being digital, so you can express your gratitude in a “real time” way.

Enter in Kate Spade’s collection for Paperless Post.   Problems Solved.

Paperless Post had long ago upped the game on Electronic Invitations, with their lovely envelopes that open up in such a grand way. But this partnership with Kate Spade not only ups the ante from a design perspective, completely broadening the way we can use Paperless Post.  From invites to your auxiliary events to actual, honest to goodness adorable Thank You Notes, it offers up a bevy of stylish, witty, fabulous ways to express yourself to your guests.   And, at around 15Cents a card, it will leave even more money free for your wildly stylish, awesomely unique actual wedding invitations.

How fun would this be for a “day after” brunch?
