Our dear friends at Fleurs won “Most Entertaining” at last nights’ Tulips and Pansies Benefit for Village Cares NY. The contest pairs florists and fashion designers to create amazing creations that they send down the runway. Here is the Hat and bustle that Jessy designed. Drama!!
